IMO, it's immoral for a junkie to bear a child. I'm troubled by a taxonomy that would lump such an immoral act under the same label as losing track of time and forgetting to pick up the carpool pass. If you smack me in the face you have attacked me. If you launch 18 nuclear tiped missiles at me you have also attacked me. Its not unusual for the same word to cover ideas or actions of that are of a very different magnitude. You could break down your taxonomy to have different subgroups and maybe you would want to focus on the subgroups if the differences between some members of the larger group are too big, but that doesn't mean that the overall grouping is totally useless.
