12:01 ET Gilder Report : The Gilder report hit the Gilder site early and was then pulled -- a source of ours saw it and passed along the info that no companies were added to the list. The report has now apparently hit the site again, and sources say it looks to be the same report as before, with no companies added to the list. There was a brief positive mention of Sorrento (FIBR), but sources say it was not added to the list. Old Gilder favorites CORV and AVNX got positive mentions, while Bookham (BKHM) reportedly received a negative mention.
