Fed doesn't look quite as aggressive

in adding reserves as it was before the last two rate cuts.

Similar pattern during the past few days. No big change. Adds this week just look a little lighter.

Unless he's using Fannie Mae again, maybe the market is fading on the guess that it's 1/4 not 1/2.

Glad I've got 35% cash here.

Im currently research FON.

again, for my "value" plays, i also use TA to assist me. FON has a 5 yr monthly trendline from 1992 low , late 1994 low, and extend. (linear scale)

i need to do more research though.

I think wireless sector is good area to start looking since NO ONE likes that area right now (NOK comes to mind)

maybe gold (nem).

not ready to buy for those, but just thinking out loud.

everyday, i use daily scans for s/t trades via metastock.
and on the weekends i use weekly scale scans for l/t trades.

DIS is another one.

again, the classic story is no one wanted utilities last year. yesterday i even mentioned gold to my parents and they laughed and called me crazy LOL

Iso,

I was one of the lucky few who loaded up on MO last year due to the fact that a service I get, TrouncingTheDow.com, said it was more than 50% oversold from where it had historically bottomed (for $200 a year, they're worth the investment). I haven't seen a stock like it before or since. According to TTD, CAG is probably now the most oversold S&P stock at the moment, about 23% undervalued. Ask me again on Monday; interestingly, that one is due for its quarterly update over the weekend.

CAG obviously doesn't have a whole lot of upside, but a few that do that are nearing oversold levels are TYC, PAYX and SPLS (can't for the life of me figure out how SPLS made that cut). TLAB and ORCL are probably the two most promising tech stocks at these levels, but their fundamentals are declining the next couple of quarters.

Best,

Paul
