The evidence that I have seen hints to more likely tampering by the Democrats then Republicans, but considering the potentially biased sources I haven't made a big deal about it. The Gore/Buchanan double punches with proper Senate votes might easily mean that the part of the ballot dealing with congressional elections was less confuseing or that the people making the double punches figured out the problem after making the presidential vote (which was first on the ballot), but where too lazy or stupid or careless to do anything about it. Perhaps they thought the second punch would somhow undo the first or they thought they had spoiled the presidential vote and that it was too late to change it. Its really weak as evidence of fraud, esp. because the district where most of these butterfly ballot problems happened was controled by Democrats. You have any other evidence to support your contention of fraud?
