DRBES inflexibility is there no matter what the reasons are. IMO, the largest contributor to that is not spending or waste but rather the goal optimize shareholders value over short horizon. I am not taking intel's problems for granted. The resources of that company is really huge. I hold bull leap spread on intel counting on them getting their act together sooner or later. but the fact is that amd is doing so far better than I thought it would 2 years back and I was bullish on the company then.
