I'm not really sure what we are going to do into the fed meeting. If we sell before(as we have been doing for the past three or so days, we might just rally behind it. Only thing Fed funds futures are or were pricing in a 50BP. So that wouldn't really be "news" in which case a continuation of the current conditions might persist.

OTOH, and CNBS is talking about it a bit more is the notion we may only get 25 BPs. Now with that, we have a whole bunch of different scenarios to contend with. Like say "Hey it's not that bad and Greenie sees light at the end of the tunnel" Or the pessimist side of people might become disappointed and sell it off badly.

I really hate rate cut events- even if I manage to score off of them, the stress of trying to trade around it has given me, to say the least a few grey hairs. That's only external. God only knows what it does to my insides.

BTW, I got the sleeping bad(blue skies and stars print). I didn't cover yet, only put in stops which haven't been triggered- Gotta get down to my number first<G>
