Gottfried, Thanks for your input. I should probably get more into the TA approach. Using TA in combination with some FA is probably the best way to go.

One reason I like this area now is because it seem the analysts have not done much upgrading yet (assuming of course that this will happen at some point). It is interesting to me that the street was irrationally exhuberant about this area, and then very negative on it (recently). I recall the argument back in September that fiber optics is not at all like the dotcoms, this is a real growth area, with great fundamentals. Now that stocks like GLW are at 1/5 those levels, nobody wants in, or so it seems. It seems to me, one is better off being as out of phase with the analysts as possible, but of course one needs to make sure the long term story has not changed a lot.
