OTOOTOTOOT response+ Dave, I am afraid the energy shortage is just the latest, greatest excuse for every agency who wants more money to line up and state their case in the most "compelling" manner. Before it was a case of not managing their budgets well; now it is "out of their hands" and due to "unforseen circumstances", these valuable programs will have to be cut. Sigh. All too familiar. Is it really required to have an accredited librarian on site? That is not surgery being performed there. Too bad we can't find retired librarians who will volunteer.
