had a buddy that went to work at a start-up that put interviews in streaming format for review later by HR or management -- don't know if the thing went belly-up yet, but if you think about it for a minute -- what a stupid app. As a prospective employee, why would I want to submit to this -- for the employer --ultimately you are going to have to meet if there is any real interest -- it's like a lot of stuff that was done simply because it could be done with the new computer technology -- webvan -- similar deal --

Oh wow! You are screaming your ignorance for everyone on the thread to see. Please just stop before we lose all respect for you. "computers will never be a match for the TV" THat is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. They are already a match for the TV. The only thing left to do is to make the economics work for the masses. The marketplace and the companies involved are already working on making this happen. Within 5-7 years, it will be a reality, whether you believe it or not.
