JXM,

Not to worry. I took the precaution of transferring all of the assets of JXM Enterprises, a California Corporation, to the newly formed OMD Enterprises, Inc., an Illinois Corporation. The liabilities of JXM Enterprises remain intact and will be the responsibility of the new management team and their, ummm, employees. Because of our track record, we were able to receive generous pre-IPO financing as well.

So far the only employees and officers are you, me, Peach, Lost1, Pitera, Doppler, and Gloop. However, with this week's folding of the XFL, we expect a full cheerleading squad will be on board by Monday morning's staff meeting.

Regards,

OMD

What's going on here, Jorj? I lock my office door for ten minutes to get some work done and and a coup breaks out?

Don't worry about it. I have a printing press. However many shares they have, we'll just print more! That's a trick an early Wall Street type used all the time.
