E, internet options for IE are under 'Tools'. And click on 'Help' - there you'll find 'for Netscape users'.

E, I checked my mouse settings and there's a box to check that causes the arrow to jump to the highlighted button on a new dialog box. It's a Logitech mouse. start>settings>control panel and click mouse icon for tabbed menu.

In Control Panel, Mouse..

I have a place to put a check called Snap to Default Button. On my system, it's under the More Features tab.
