It is really ironic that even with all the trashing from the right wing and their media whores, Clinton would have won easily against Bush if he was allowed to run. A large majority of the American people were not buying the right-wing dog food. Gore ignored this in the election and ran away from Clinton to his detriment.

Of course if Clinton was able to run we would not be stuck with a "drill more, use more" energy policy.
