Good article in Grant's. I'm strongly considering shorting the homebuilders myself. I took a shot at BZH this week but got stopped out on a very tight stop. Still gun-shy after Greenspan singed my hair last month, but I expect my confidence will come back.

I'm close. I think the next downturn will hit those guys with a ton of inventory, and I think we've seen the bottom in mortgage rates for the cycle. I'm gonna look at some charts this weekend and decide. Other plays on this are GDW (the huge Cali finance co) and of course FNM and FRE.
