From TokyoJoke's own website Q&A section

"33. I saw something somewhere about the SEC investigating or suing Tokyo Joe and SA. Is SA still in business?

Yes. It is business as usual. There was an SEC investigation, and the SEC brought an action in January 2000. However, that suit was settled in March 2001 without the defendants admitting or denying the allegations contained in the complaint (except as to jurisdiction). According to the terms of the settlement, there was no "hearing, presentation of evidence or findings of fact." At the present time, we know of no SEC suits or investigations, or any class or individual actions, pending against Tokyo Joe or Tokyo Joe's Societe Anonyme."

Don't hype stocks. We never hype a stock on the Silicon Investor or AOL discussion threads. We do good due diligence. "
