Not to nitpick, but they have 92M in cash at end of Mar01.

Nitpick all you want and look again. That number you gave was just cash and cash equivalents

There were also $ 46 M of marketable securities, add these up and you get about $ 137 M.

I also don't quit see your "burn rate" of $ 20 Million , I see about a net income after tax of $ 30 M based on the qtr 1 result.

So what were you smoking?
