Maybe the street found the MSO's have been using WGAT as ploy and that was to get GMST to lower their price.
I don't think wgat will survive long enough.
If the MSO's keep putting WGAT on the back burner the company will go broke.
Hal keeps selling his stock,looks to me like he is taking no chances.
