<<Another scurrilous opinion....even the judge oes not buy what that women was telling you.
The fraud case was not criminal! It was based on "reliance" on Rambus "silence". In fact, ot is highly arguable that Rambus had any duty at all to speak about its incipient IP in any JEDEC meeting >>

Whatever you say Jim....bottom line is RMBS has had their heads handed to them on a silver platter in the first few battles. "this woman" didnt tell me anything specific, but it doesnt take an idiot to look at what has already transpired and deduce that rmbs and it's officers will be coming under some pretty heavy scrutiny in the coming months/years. Thinking otherwise, would be just naive and foolish.

Regardles of your opinions on the decisions already announced, they are done and final unless an appeal is won. It does not take a rocket scientist to put together a long list of negatives....shareholder lawsuits, losing royalties...possible lawsuits to get rmbs to repay royalties, fraud investogations ont he company and it's officers and etc, etc....I could go on and on....but the bottom line is we are talking about a long war, with many battles and it's rmbs against the world right now......

Like I said, it doesnt take an idiot to see what is plainly clear at this point in time. How it all ends up, I have no idea...all we can go on is what has transpired and what we know........I see very rough waters ahead for rmbs, but thats just my opinion......and well, maybe a few million other people share my opinion as well from the looks of things........
