The house up the street, the one that's smaller and older but the owner is asking $100K more than we paid for ours in 10/99, is still on the market, for a month now. OTOH, one a couple of blocks away, also older and smaller, sold for $120K more in February. So, in addition to location, location, location, there's also timing, timing, timing.
