This seems to be a very unusual suit. I believe the facts from the article sound quite accurate. The refund of the bonds is impossible unless the brokerage firms do pay for part of it. Amazon surely does not have the money.

This ought to be interesting. Amazon better have their own in house legal staff. They have a lot of litigation going on considering they do not make a profit.
