Rate cuts take 9 months to get fully into the system. Wait until September. But the effects are already beginning. Look in your newspaper and see all the 0% bargains.

It will make the market go up. The fed did this the second half of 99 and it was a big reason for the bubble. Eventually it will help earnings. Easy credit means people keep buying. The only problem here is that the US consumer is so deep in debt, there has to be a limit.
