MCD is also one im researching.. 5 yr trendline from 1990 low and touch 1994 low and extend (linear)

ITW s/t - clearly 66.xxx is resistance.. i got my daily buy around 4/4/01. But just recently, my weekly buy was triggered.

since weekly signals are not as timely as daily signals (ie: not as senstitive and filters out the daily noise), for my l/t approach on weekly buys, i would then wait for the daily signal to turn to buy *in addition* to a weekly buy or look for a good pullback.

thus, you have 2 different timeframes giving buy.

This method of analysis is known as as "multi timeframe analysis", which can also be used by daytraders in a similar fashion (using 5min and a 30 min timeframes)

same principle here..
