Btw
I love not paying a state sales tax. Trust me on that.:-)

If the state audits you, you will. I was audited in one of my stores this last spring. I believe the trigger was the non taxible sales we had due to our web site. During the audit, the PA Department of Revenue, found I bought two computer (so they are not for re-sale) from out of state and the vendors did not charge me sales tax. I was of course suppose to turn in a state sales and use tax form along with a check for these but it slipped my mind. So I paid the tax with a little penalty and interest. I really doubt the state would bother with an individual. I agree this is the law but it sure was nitpicking.

Getting back to Amazon.com. In all fairness, if any investor had bought the stock at the beginning of this year they would only be down 5% ytd.
Which is a hell of a lot better than other Internets and wireless stocks have done.

This may be true but wait until Monday.
