Ali: <How can you claim to converse intelligently if
you do not understand that if you buy, then sell,
several times in few years, you are not "long", you are a trader, just riding the wave.>

Response: During the four years that I have been involved with Rambus, I have never completely sold my position, including now. Since I have held a position, although a varying one since the IPO, I consider myself a Rambus long.

Ali: <I don't remember you saying anything critical about Rambus - always official hype.>

Response: I have made some criticisms of the company and still harbor a few, although I don't remember if any have been made on this thread. As far as spewing "official hype", I have no idea what you mean by that. I have just expressed my opinion about the stock, as have you, but from a different perspective.

Ali: <Yet you confess that you sold some on "high tides".
Why would you sell if the prospects of this stock
were always so high?>

Response: Three reasons. 1) to diversify; 2) to take profits; 3) to reduce risk.

Ali: <What does that tell us about your honesty and integrity?>

Response: I'll leave that up to you to infer.

Have a good evening,
Multico
