Blodget Predicts Dow Move

May 12, 2001

New York, N.Y. (SatireWire.com) — Far-sighted Merrill Lynch analyst Henry Blodget, who this week boldly downgraded the battered stocks of Buy.com, DoubleClick, iVillage, eToys, Pets.com, and barnesandnoble.com — which are off an average of 86 percent this year — threw caution to the wind this morning and predicted the Dow Jones Industrial Average could hit 5,000 sometime during 1996.

In other daring predictions, Blodget said the Internet, a burgeoning network of computers scattered across the globe, will someday spawn several major companies, reinvigorate the career of washed-up actor William Shatner, and allow analysts to become celebrities for no apparent reason.

<font color=red>THREAD: VICTORY!
IT WORKED! You women did a fantastic job of staging that fake rebellion. JXM and OMD have now shown their true colors:
Message 15793102
Message 15793167

Although the rebellion was staged, I do understand you have legitimate grievances. Inn the reincarnated company, as promised, the CEO will be a woman. (I will be Chairman of the Board.) That should do quite a bit to correct things since she will have authority to decide who gets what job, who gets how many options, etc.
Now you need to decide who you want for CEO. I'd suggest Neeny.

I made it into management but I was unable to convince these clowns I was on their side, so we had less warning of their final attempt at theft than we would have liked.

Neeny used her connections at the Federal Reserve Board and the SEC to set things up so that those sloppy, sleazy offshore banks and corporations think they have the assets of JXM Enterprises. The FRB and SEC got the US banks and brokerages into line. Those offshore entities, along with JXM and OMD, willl think for a short while they have the corporate assets, then they'll find out they have nothing, NADA. The FBI is watching for our two friends, but I'll be perfectly happy if they get away, for what they face now is third-world poverty. What a change that will from their lordly manners and high living (paid for by us). Now, instead of Chateau Rothschild champagne, they'll be swilling the Brazilian equivalent of Ripple!

Once again, the forces of truth and light have won! Crime does not pay!
