Prophet, In your exhuberance last summer, you guys weren't paying much attention to detail. I pointed this out to you numerous times last year: Update:Hitachi asserts that they don't admit the validity of Rambus patents, and that they do not admit to infringing on Rambus technologies, even though they have signed a royalty agreement with Rambus.
