Gene, there may be some rumblings from individuals about 25 bp but the pros still factor in a 100% chance for 50 bp. I also think Greenspan will do 50, no less. The surprisingly large job loss number in April outweighs PPI, retail sales and consumer confidence released on Friday. Greenspan and company also realize that 25 bp will cause a sell-off in the financial markets and they will be blamed for it. Message 15789118 Regards, Tom
