Thanks Carl..... as far as a disclaimer, I really didnt see the need for one....my broker not only didnt have inside info, but she wouldnt give to me even if she did....basically she just told me I am smart enough to figure it out for myself....with all the bad stuff going on there is a possibility the company will be under alot of scrutiny and it could be a long war.........anyway, she of course left it up to me to decide whether to buy or not.....she was just doing her job and making sure I was aware of the recent rulings and to tell me to use my head during times like this.....any company that is found guilty of the stuff rmbs was has the possibility for shareholder lawsuits and alot of other legal junk, that could last for a long time. She did say rmbs could win and shoot to the moon, but for now, it was looking bad......anyway....she was just doing her job.......nothing unusual about that. Good luck to all Keith
