Ed, good point, perhaps BPI is already on the way to a bigger share with 15% pledged by MMI as
collateral. I am thinking they may bring in a senior partner to earn an interest, but obvious it would
dilute BPIs interest, but not the stock through more financing. Waiting to see this next course of
action, it would make more sense, because as you say it would be easier to finance themselves
if they owned a larger percent.

However, the market is favorable to energy finance deals at this time, so should not be much problem
in either course
