I just finished reading the paperback edition of this back, which is at bookstores everywhere. I highly recommend this well-written book that is interesting and heart-wrenching.

I think what is more illuminating than the description of the "nasty things in the food" is the observation that our fast-food nation has devastating effects on the environment and on the poor.
