Glenn re: your eBay experience; do you get better sale prices on average than you would charge in your store? Have you had collection problems? What percentage of folks post feedback? Are you limiting how expensive an item you will offer through this channel? If you answered these before, just mention that, and I'll go find them. I've only bought on eBay - perhaps 50 purchases total. Curious about the other side of the coin. I think I have seen you mention that so far, it is more work per sale, and margins are smaller. But I would expect that with experience this will improve - you'll find better ways to do things, etc. Is there any software you could use to help you, that you don't find available on the market currently?
