That's a good question. I have mixed emotions about the Court's decisions. I guess the only way to justify it is to say that the pendulum needs to swing back the other way as far as the general respect for the law that the public needs to have for an orderly society. The flouting of the law and lack of respect for the rule of law, never more evident than during the Clinton years needs to be reversed. Our citizens need to begin to respect the property rights and hopefully civil rights of all citizens again. We've become too divided and polarized as a society. By the way, I'm not sure that's right or even if I agree with the Court's action but I think balancing respect for the law and indivdual rights os always tricky.
