Here I arrive in Wash DC from Seattle in the 1970's to have some serious discussion of gas prices,
As I dismiss the limo, it appeared that 4 bareheaded smiling Congressmen including Brock Adams, Sec of Transportation ( congressmen always smile) rushed over from the right to see if they could assist a distressed civilian. But all they wanted was my hat.
(If anyone believes this BS I will try to get an analysts license)

I think the earning releases, since it's the end of earning season and the type of companies that are reporting this week, along with the econ numbers, are way more important then the feds .25 rate reduction which is a gimmie anyhow IMHO.
