Mike, the accepted wisdom is to look for an actual cross over, I am not that wise, so usually I look for confirmation of a peak in the slow line to occur in the fast line, cross over, follow typically within a week or two, even when it does not, the danger for a major respreading of the two lines is not that great. Not that I don't get whipsawed with that, but, better safe than sorry (g). Note that in most situations, the cross over requires that almost a full third of the move has occurred, kind of a "late" signal.
