Ariba (ARBA:Nasdaq - news) was down 11.2% in early trading, following a drop of 15.3% in Friday's session.
Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown analyst Jim Moore Friday urged investors to remain cautious on Ariba, citing research that indicates the e-procurement sector as a whole will cease to exist by 2004, with survivors merging into larger enterprise software companies like Oracle (ORCL:Nasdaq - news).
