Fyo said re 14" screen

How many of these "gamers" do you think play on anything approaching even a 14" screen?

Not many, would be my guess.

I would second that... minimum screen most gamers have nowadays is 17".. the totally insane ones have 21" :)

You could hook it up to a 17" or bigger monitor at home and use the 14" when a bigger monitor is unavailable. I'd like to have one (but considering the extra cost I'm not likely to buy one should it become available).

fyo, W For a 7-8 years the smallest screen sold with desktops was 14" and now it is 15" and many are buying 17, 19 and 21 " if they have the space.
I recall the small IBM 12", but they were hated and few bought them. Of course in those days a 14" was 12.7 true inches and now there is truth in viewing legislation and we have all gained an inch or two on thre desktop
