Don is a pretty good "prognosticator", at least from what I am told, but gosh, he misses the short term moves by a mile, the most damaging down move recently, the February massacre he missed, he also was too bearish last Mid May insisting that the Naz would go to 1400 for much too long, missing a great 50% or so move in the naz. I think that right now, he is misreading the 1.5 ARMS signal as well (signalling around March 22nd the local bottom). He should pay heed to his own statistics, out of the 11 times he cites this has happened a full three times (and thus 6 out of 11) another occurrence of a 10 DMA arms above 1.5 occurred, and often ending at lower prices than the first signal. There are additional indicators that point to "fake" arms signal and the real one, we did not have these in the March 22nd to April 4th paeriod, we had these last May.
