Many telcom co's realize they will bankrupt themselves bidding on 3G spectrum. Some already have, and lots of telcom co's are not showing up at the 3G spectrum auctions. gee I wonder why. 3G is way off in the future if ever, and your optimism is old hat. I'm not buying it, mm. Do you realize how many more towers would be needed to support real 3G? btw m-commerce is dead too. nobody is going to pay for it, least of all not the consumer, and this is the way it should be. Another gimmick.
