Jim, I thought they were counting only "whole die" per wafer.

Maybe I'll look myself at that photo, which might not even be an actual Mobile A4 wafer:

To me, it appears that there are ~16 dies along each diameter (including fractional bits).

200 mm / 16 = 12.5mm square is on the order of 155 mm2.

I hope the picture isn't accurate.

Even if it is, I like your cost analysis.
