Hardly anybody has sell rules. They just tell investors to "buy, buy, buy" all the time. For instance, last year CNBC had experts on every week continuously telling investors to buy and they were wrong all the time. So the public has been hurt pretty badly and it will take time to recover their confidence." Well I was telling people to "sell, sell, sell" through the whole period, as you know.
