Then according to my calculation there are about 183 good die/wafer after edge loss.

Not too bad.

It appears the worries obout a 150 mm2 die size were unfounded.
128mm2 clears the way for desktop A4s w/o cutting off some transistors.

Paul was really hoping for the big die size and 63% extra manufacturing cost. Looks like it was a fantasy.
