Hi Jim, 33% increase in foreclosures in Bay Area as follows: realestate.yahoo.com 33% increase in foreclosures listed in Yahoo: 4/29/01 San Francisco Bay Area Foreclosures (1580) 5/14/01 San Francisco Bay Area Foreclosures (2112) 16% increase in homes for sale as listed in Yahoo: 4/29/01 San Francisco Bay Area Single Family Home (14642) 5/14/01 San Francisco Bay Area Single Family Home (16957) SJMN reported a 5% decrease in house prices YOY in SF BA.
