Hi Venkie! Hey, I saw your remarks the other day about a ISO Manual and procedures. I've done a manual and sets.....many, many sets of procedures and work instructions. It is a long task depending upon how many processes you are dealing with. Its been years, and were still not done. The time needed for us to finish has been too costly for our limited resources. So far! But were gaining ground. We have help from a larger corporation, a customer, who has had their regristration for years. I'm learning a lot. And it is really helping us out. I see its effects.
