Generation may have been stagnant in-state, but it was adequate within the market area for the period under discussion. Everything I read highlighted generation and only mentioned transmission as a secondary concern which told me the supply was there, but they couldn't move it down the line to where it was needed (a few articles metioned this outright.) Again, there's two elements to supply.

Yep, costs went higher...labor and ng. I recognize that.

I suspect one day soon we'll find out that the traders/cleaners element comprised the biggest portion of the increase.
