DWA said: We chart a bullish percent for the Nasdaq Non-Financial Index (NDX) by hand within the office. The daily bullish percent for this index is available by pulling up the NDX chart and clicking the "comp info" link on the left-hand side of the chart. This bullish percent has now moved to 67% before Friday's action, enough to reverse the chart into O's from above 70% and put that chart into Bear Alert status. We are working on collecting back-data to create a chart that will be available on the net, look for that chart this summer. The current status indicates that the NDX has become overbought and new positions should only be considered on pullbacks.
