Oh yeah, that good, relying on the FBI testimony of an FBI Agent.

Who cares about the FBI testimony?? Some of the most damning is that which was provided by the Los Alamos folks, who KNEW what material was being compromised by Wen Ho Lee.

"The files were open to not-very-sophisticated hackers on the Internet," Cheryl L. Wampler, a computer expert at Los Alamos, testified Monday.

But why don't you reread the indictment originally presented against him:
