I also believe that Kevin Pfeffer is the reason TT filed the suit. "Interesting how it just "follows you over here" from raging bull." - Are you aware that the person that follows me is Kevin's brother?? He stalks me day and night!! I would imagine that TT was counting on Kevin, to fulfill his posted promise to fund pilot production, before the end of last year. I know the area very well and have seen the RA plan. IMO GE needed to be ordering the machinery before Christmas and hauling it to Guanay before the end of March. I have come to the personal conclusion that the Kevin Pfeffer saga will mean the end of this company. Where will the money come from now?? The 10qsb is almost due so we should soon see how the efforts are going. Almost all of the former strong supporters here have vanished and the person that started this thread has posted that he was lied to in order to be convinced to invest another 60k, Who lied to him? He will not answer this question. Seems to me to be a company on its last legs.
