Zeev, It seems you are right so far in your prediction.
(of course the day is not over yet)

How do you see the trading unfold this week?
How does the volume recently play into your analysis.
thanks.

Zeev, what a coincidental post, since I had just bought SMH June 45 puts about 20-minutes prior. I saw the SOXX teetering at 600, and it did not look like it was going to hold much longer.

The SOXX seems a much better play short term than the QQQ for puts, as the gap between 525 and 575 needs to be filled, and I'm betting it gets filled at the very low end quicker than the QQQ hits 40.

Max (LTK007) thinks the Fed may come out Neutral tomorrow. If that happens, we could see 1850 the same day (but I think it is not very likely). I think 25BP may happen now and 50BP in June. The SPX is still relatively OK, down less than 8% this year, and I believe the Fed considers the SPX more than the COMP when acting.
