Al Gore is sponsoring a thank you party for campaign aides at a Washington DC microbrewery on May 24th. Some see this as a sign he intends to run again in 2004.

This may explain his additional 40lbs since election day. At this rate, they might have to roll him on stage at the 2004 Democrat convention. :)
