Agree the government probably would have won but there were promotions on the line etc. A lot of politics involved and I suspect it had something to do with us being in the running for the new F-22 out here also. It has been so long since we had a real war that the politics have taken over the military it is disgusting. I have heard you can turn things around though. There was a guy who bought some land and built a house. He wanted the electric utility to hook him up but since there was nothing else around him, they wanted some ridiculous amount of money to string a line out to him. I think it was something like 50K. He went out instead and bought himself a wind powered generator running off a windmill and was generating excess power. A long story short, the utility company was REQUIRED to purchase his excess power and had to string a line out to his house for free so they could tap his excess. LOL Good Luck, Lee
