LOL, no accountability... IMO it is the single most important problem with getting large entities involved... ie. the biggest support for conservative argument. BWTFDIK

Agree the government probably would have won but there were promotions on the line etc. A lot of politics involved and I suspect it had something to do with us being in the running for the new F-22 out here also. It has been so long since we had a real war that the politics have taken over the military it is disgusting.

I have heard you can turn things around though. There was a guy who bought some land and built a house. He wanted the electric utility to hook him up but since there was nothing else around him, they wanted some ridiculous amount of money to string a line out to him. I think it was something like 50K. He went out instead and bought himself a wind powered generator running off a windmill and was generating excess power. A long story short, the utility company was REQUIRED to purchase his excess power and had to string a line out to his house for free so they could tap his excess. LOL
