Josh, the rates he is cutting are those that impact these weak,broke companies. If there is no market then we don't have an economy. If Greenie had keep his nose out of the stock market it would have corrected itself. Now we have all these experts on their first economy ride making predictions of the great bull market ahead. I hope they have some cash put aside or are making arrangements to re-finance. Today may trigger the end of this rally. JR
